A lovely place to meet with friends for breakfast. I loved my eggs Benedict with crispy bacon. The service was friendly and attentive. Parking is easy.

The Gardener's Cottage is in most respects a delight: the setting is unique and relaxing, the food is good and the service is friendly. What a disappointment to be subjected to a rather high-handed approach when I phoned to make a booking for an 11:00 meeting with a friend: you can only make a booking if you are going to... More
It was all good, from the brown bread to the scrumptious desserts and cappuccino. For a smallish menu there was good variety to it. We had a lamb burger, Vietnamese pork, curried chicken, and sushi. All were done well with a pleasing presentation and were delicious. Service was good and made one feel like relaxing and enjoying an unhurried meal.... More
This is a great place to come and escape the hustle-bustle of the city and sit in a tranquil setting in a lovely garden with a great vibe. The menu is very interesting - a bit different, quirky. Lovely little place, great coffee, good breakfasts and lots of little odds and ends to keep young children entertained in the outdoors area. The atmosphere is relaxed and shade is plentiful for hot summer days. Friendly and fast service. Overall, a very good experience.

Could and would eat anything off the menu as they are all favourites. Certainly one... More
