Quaint setting in the back of a trinket shop, you have to look for it. Food seems very authentic and reasonable.

If you want true authentic mexican food, Indian Village is the place to go. They have the best Indian fry bread. If you are trying to watch your waistline this is not the place to go because they do not skimp out on the cheese!

I have been coming to Indian Village for 19 years it is the first place I stop after landing at Ski Harbor. I come out from IOWA and this is the BEST Mexican Food!!! The menu is large but it is hard to resist the tacos. These folks along with Bart take care of you. This no fancy place just... More

We went here for lunch. Found some fun gifts in the gift shop and had some great Mexican food. We ordered the shredded beef tacos which were obviously homemade and really good. We also tried the guacamole which was excellent as well as the Indian fry bread with powdered sugar - yum! Do try it if you want some very... More

In the back of this well established tourist shop in the middle of really interesting Cave Creek , Arizona is the best Authentic Mexican food in the area. If you are looking for a fancy environment you will not find it at Indian village but want the best taco, enchilada ( spinach option amazing), chimichanga, chillie, etc then you found... More

I was visiting Frontier Town on this same road and on my way there, I stopped here. I saw the sign said souvenirs so I wanted to check out what they had. I walked through the back entrance which goes into the Mexican Restaurant. It looked kinda old and dingy but I read great reviews about the food there. I... More

This place does not look like much from the outside...it looks just like a small shop selling cheap souvenirs. However, inside is a kitchen with a fairly good menu of food items. The name of the place is Indian Village but the food that they have is definately Mexican (except for the fry bread). We ordered the Indian fry bread... More

Love this funky restaurant/shop. Great spicy chili, one of my favorites. Good crunchy tacos and a selection of sweet and savory Indian Fry Bread. Very casual and worth a stop.

I'd driven by Indian Village countess times during visits to Arizona and thought it was just another touristy come-on. But I finally decided to give it a shot, stopped by for lunch on a hot June afternoon, and ordered one of its Navajo tacos (a "house speciality"). It had been a dozen years since I'd eaten one; they are quite... More
