The rooms that exit to the sidewalk are perfect for Handicap visitors. Plenty of room to get around the room freely. Unfortunately I had an accident that caused us to leave the next day. The care takers gave us a gift certificate to come back again since they didn't give refunds. The food is all made to order at the cafe.Can't... More

It is not a Waldorf. Housekeeping staff goes out of the way to please. Included breakfasts are very good and it was nice to meet other travelers. Most rooms are small/tiny although suites are larger. With so much to see in Bisbee there really is no reason to stay in your room.

I've only seen this one time and it is amazing. Bisbee Grand Hotel. Such a far a way place to go - after you visit Tombstone, only like one hour drive. A very unique and interesting little town, kind of "hippy" like. The hotel is Grand and you have to go inside and look around. Enjoy.

Did not stay at the hotel but did enjoy the bar experience. Very friendly bar-keepers and a delight to see the inside of this old place.

We stopped in and had a drink after dinner and had a good time. We had actually had a room at this place and wanted to show our friends this place. The bar is always fun with a great staff.

Do not stay here. When we arrived at hotel, no one greeted us. Sign in front of hotel said check in at bar. Went into bar and looked for anyone who could help us. Kept waiting about 15 minutes. No bartender...finally a woman came into bar (bartender) took peoples orders...waited some more and told her we were checking into our... More

The food is ok--nothing bad or really good, but the experience of visiting this historic hotel makes it worth sacrificing food variety/quality.

Just walked through the restaurant was closed. The architecture is really interesting and the bar was a blast into the past. Would have liked to hear more about the ghosts but ran out of time.

the rudest staff at business i've ever encountered. My fiance was led to believe that she had 72 hours to cancel and she called back less then an hour later to say that she's made a mistake, they refused to refund the money and were completely rude. they basically stole $162 from me, knowing that my Fiance simply made a...
