The food is average and the price is boutique, but it is one of the better places in Cordova. Avoid the sushi, very generic. Go for the clam chowder or ceviche. RF burger for dinner is good, but the lunch burger is lacking. Same as the beetroot salad. Good for dinner but avoid at lunch.

After a long day of travel, I finished out my day at the Reluctant Fisherman restaurant. I ordered the clam chowder and caesar salad. Both were fantastic! The clam chowder had generous portions of meat. This was no mere potato soup, but a real meaty chowder. The caesar salad was also tasty, but standard. The view of the harbor was... More

Comfortable walk to everything 18 minutes from airport, would have been a. Four star but the bartender was as rude as she could be. Try Baja taco for beers and halibut tacos

Came in on a Sunday night for dinner & had to wait over an hour for our food. I had ordered a bowl of clam chowder which was only lukewarm when it finally came out. It was a good chowder but would have been better if it were hot or even just warm.

Tops among the limited options in this fishing village on the southern coast. Relaxing casual dining. As expected, the offering is multiple seafood dishes, each one carefully prepared. Also available are regional beers, good wine selection, and bar options. Best view of the fishing boat harbor.

Our family group ranged from 5-10 diners over a week long period. We had many lunches and diners. The menus varied and every entree was well prepared and presented. The clam chowder is among the best I have ever had. King Crab, Halibut, Fish Tacos, and a variety of artful salads-not to be missed are excellent dessert offerings. The waterfront... More

Ate at this place last week. AWESOME view and incredible food. Highly recommend. We had the bacon wrapped black cod appetizer and it was prepared to perfection.

Gorgeous view of the harbor, mountains and the sound. Our breakfast was made to order and was just what we wanted. There were a lot of people staying at the Inn, so the staff was very busy, but got the job done.
