Our group had a mix of big breakfasts and the mini breakfast. The big breakfast wouldn't even fill up my 6 y/o. $19.50 gets you two eggs, a sausage, a rash of bacon, a hash brown, a few slices of tomato, two toast, and a small helping of rukau. We ordered the eggs poached, but they were fully cooked, which... More

Wake up hungry? Head over to Saltwater Cafe and tuck into their big breakfast! 2 eggs any style, 2 hash browns, bacon, sausage, sliced tomato and toast - all perfectly cooked to order and a great coffee on the side. My first breakfast on the island where the eggs were cooked exactly as I ordered them! And with really friendly... More

Really enjoyed stopping here. The staff were lovely and chatty and the toasted sammie with a cocktail was perfect.

Would recommend this cafe. For fresh food cooked as you order, great variety and well priced, with a lovely hostess smiling.

A group of us (4 adults, 4 under ten children) had lunch here yesterday. We arrived about 11.30, only to find the lunch menu wouldn't be available until 12.30. While we were debating what to do during the hour wait, the waitress came back and said the chef had agreed to make the lunch menu available for us - we... More

A lovely clean cafe and the food was so nice my hubby wanted to keep coming back. The staff went out of their way to assist my 2 year old. They also have real lavazza coffee with is a bonus! Definitely worth a stop at this place.

One of our fellow travelers suggested we have lunch here... My high school mascot is the Grizzly, so I had to order a Grizzly Burger. It was a massive two patty burger with lettuce, tomato with french fries sandwiched in the middle. Massive, Couldn't eat half of it. I'm not a fan of french fries in my sandwich, but when... More

Hi Linda, Think you may have confused us with Sea Salt Cafe which is InTown. Saltwater Cafe is on the southern end of the island at the half way mark. Cheers She Welsh More

We stopped here for lunch one day while riding around the island on a moped. Yet again another lovely lunch in Raro. I had the special of the day, prawn & paw paw salad. It has to be one of the best salads I've had. Hubby had Pad Thai, freshly cooked & he said it was great. Great service &... More

Lovely cafe, beautiful inside and outside. Good food, we ordered a fish burger and wedges, and a cheesecake. Pleasant day out for lunch, i'd come here again!
