Amazing place, the food is incredible. Every detail of the restaurant makes you have an incredible dinner. Congratulations to chef Patricia and her husband, who was also the best host. I celebrated my anniversary, but definitely will be coming back soon

When you visit Patricia (the Chef) and her husband in their Restaurant, you feel like being invited for a private dinner. Patricia knows how to make most out of the ingredients you get here to prepare what you would expect in an excellent restaurant in...Provence. Excellent dinner and great atmosphere. Voy a regressar!More

What a gem! We loved everything about La Terrasse. The chef’s husband welcomed us and charmed us throughout the evening. Chef Patricia visited with us at the end of the meal. The food was absolutely delicious. Three perfect courses. The recommended wine just the right...accompaniment. We would eat here regularly if we lived in San Jose. Not to be missed!More

This restaurant is hard to find, located on a side street with barely visible signage. The food is very good, although it has a limited, often changing, menu. The owner chef is very attentive to the small dining crowd. It is a hidden gem in...downtown San Jose in the barrio Amon area. You won’t be disappointed with the quality of the food. Reservations are absolutely essential here, as it is a very small restaurant, which probably accounts for the high level of food preparation and presentation. It is on the more expensive side but the intimate setting is great for friends or a romantic setting.More

We only had one night in San Jose, and it was my birthday. I found La Terrasse, traded emails with the owner (me and the hubs are vegetarian) and booked a table. What an experience. Incredible food, decadent desserts, and impeccable service. Felt like we...were eating in their home. The best French vegetarian meal we've had outside of Paris. If you're in San Jose, do yourselves a favor and book a table.More

This is not a restaurant per se and does require reservations. Their objective is to experience french cousine in a small and comfortable space. The food was faboulous, it was serve fast and with high touch. The day we went , there where only two...more couples in the place. The location is an old San Jose house and from the outside you would not know easily, but follow the directions and you will find a sign at the entrance. Overall it was a great experience and totally recomendedMore
