We had really good ahi poke, sangria, calamari rings (bit too crispy and overcooked but great flavor), chicken fingers for the kids and fresh fish tacos. The fish was all really great, the chicken was tender which doesn't seem like a big deal but really it is when so many places overcook everything, and the sangria was super yum! We... More

I was looking for shrimp ceviche and our hotel recommended Nogui's. It was definitely a good recommendation! There was no shortage of shrimp and the flavor was good too.

We were out strolling and stopped for a bite to enjoy the beautiful sunset over the ocean. You really can't beat the location, right on the beach. The ceviche was very good and worth the visit. We were surprised with a fun fire dancer show just after the sun went down. We were surprised that both waitresses didn't treat us... More

Our real estate agent recommended Nogui's after a long day of property searching. We were not disappointed. We stopped by for lunch grabbing a table under a tree on the edge of the beach. A beautiful view and excellent food makes for a memorable meal. I tried the Tuna steak and my wife tried the Mahi-Mahi. The fish was excellent... More

This place did not let us down. We got a delicious fruit smoothie, orange/pineapple pancakes which were to die for and a huge breakfast croissant sammy. It is right on the beach and the staff are extremely friendly! They spoke English and were even taking the time to help us with our Spanish. With food as amazing as it was,... More

Cool place to watch the sunset and enjoy a cerveza. Enjoyed the fish tacos and chicken and rice. Bar even has bug spray for us first timers or if you need to re-apply. Recommend eating inside instead of on the beach.

We came to Nogui's for a family dinner. It is located directly on the beach and was within walking distance to our hotel. Moderately priced and everyone enjoyed their dinner selections. Entertainers do stop by tables asking for tips but this didn't bother us, we enjoyed many of their 'acts'. Total bill was $200 for a family of 8 including... More

We stopped here for a sunset dinner and dined on the beach. The bugs were annoying but bug spray is available from the servers. Cold cervesas and happy hour with a beautiful view of the Tamarindo surf and sunset. There is indoor seating which is probably less buggy, more comfortable seating and ceiling fans. My kids enjoyed the chicken rice... More

Walked down to this outdoor bar our first night in tamarindo and had. Cocktails with our feet in the sand and watched an amazing sunset. Had a small appetizer that was good

We had a late lunch/early dinner here. It is a great spot on the beach to enjoy both great drinks and good food.
