We has Costa Rican tacos, not the same as Mexican tacos but still good. Hard rolled shell with chicken and cheese. Lots of red cabbage and a sweet white sauce on top. Friendly staff, the waiter was too funny. A cute little dog can and...sat with us during lunch.More

Pizza was excellent as was the pitcher of sangria that we shared. Crust on the pizza was amazing and from the brick oven. Salad was very very good as well. Very nice and attentive service. Would definitely have returned. Whole family loved it.

Last day in La Fortuna we had breakfast here. It was very good. Definitely provides typical Tico breakfast with tourist food available.

We walked down towards town from Hotel Lomas del Volcan and most of the restaurants were quiet but this one was very busy. So we went in and ordered dinner and was not disappointed. I think the owner served us and he spoke good english...and was very helpful with the menu. Lovely food and enjoyable evening in a busy restaurant. Highly recommendedMore

This restaurant is located where the night frog forest tour begins and end. .A very convenient location if you are on that hike. . We stopped by after the tour for a drink and snack , as we had a early meal. The place is...clean , nice , friendly with local dish .We had the ice cream from Costa Rica , very creamy and yummy , rival the best in USAMore

We stopped in town for a meal en route to spending one night at the nearby Volcano Lodge. I chose a steak in a Jalepeno suace. This was very tasty but not as hot (spicy) as I would have chosen. The service was friendly and...prices were very reasonable.More

Stayed across the street at a hotel and Mi Casa provided 10% discount., so we tried it out, quite satisfactory; we returned several times. Always a good recommendation when we see local families eating there too!!

There were 8 in our party and we were very well looked after. Our guide recommend Mi Casa and we were all very happy with our meals although those that had chips said they were on the cool side. Two of us had the specials...on offer one of which was the Mahi mahi fish (dogfish) which was first class. Desserts were delicious. Highly recommend you try this restaurant.More
