Sensational 22 course “UV-A” menu paired with remarkable drinks including some stunning and unusual prestige wines (a 1992 Chateaux Musar, and a 2007 Grange - the latter worked incredibly well with wagyu beef for example). Ultraviolet is cinematic, it’s curiously whimsical and moving, always unexpected...More

Do not miss this opportunity. Book way in advance. Learn the reservation system. Probably the most fun and delicious dining experience I've ever had. And I am a seasoned eater. I don't need to say any more. JUST DO IT.

This is a very special restaurant. The setting was dramatic and beautiful. The quality of food and service was spectacular and what you’d expect of 3 Michelin stars. However high-concept or even pretentious that this could seem, the execution is done with such joy and...More

This is the most incredible dinner of my life. 20+ courses, each of them being paired with an incredible full 5 sens experience (odor, visual, tactile, kinetic, and of course wine) A once in a lifetime experience!

This was my second time to experience UV. The times have been different yet both a truly memorable experience. The food and experience really do leave you walking away satisfied despite the high price tag.

I've seen a lot. But this was just unique in it's best meaning. Food, style, creativity, service, experience. Avantgarde at it's best. Bravo Paul Pairet & Team

No, they don't do anything special. The whole menu is special! You have absolutely no choice, it is a succession of more or less 12 plates of culinary art. When you pay one thousand dollar per person for a menu, you don't... More

Conceived by Paul Pairet for over 15 years and opened in May 2012, Ultraviolet is the first restaurant of its kind uniting food with multi-sensorial technologies in order to create a fully immersive dining experience. A single table of ten seats only. A dining room of high-end technology. A 20-course "Avant-Garde" set menu. All guests sit together. The experience unfolds as a play. Food leads. Each course is enhanced with its own taste-tailored atmosphere: lights, sounds, music, scents, projection, images and imagination... And food.
