The standards in this restaurant was very high as in whatever Din Tai Fun in the world. Notable here are the truffle and pork dumplings, simply awesome. Highly recommend to try this outlet. Personnel speaks English and they accept international credit cards.

This chain of restaurants started in Taiwan and has no spread as far as Seattle. You can probably get better dumplings and noodles in some storefront places, but the DinTai Fung outlets are clean and reliable with excellent service. No resevations available.

Best restaurant in Shanghai for their xialongbao. Best ever. This alone makes it worthwhile but we also enjoy all the vegetable dishes we have tried there. The xiaolongbao brings us back though.
