Fish tacos are delicious. Easy walk-up ordering - especially convenient for large groups and beautiful seating by the bay (feet in the sand or on the lush grass).

This is the best place for just having a relaxing drink, watching the boats go by. The bartenders are so pleasant. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. Pet friendly. Great place! 😎

The fish tacos were fabulous! Great atmosphere made out of shipping containers with 3 stations to order food from each with their own menu! Lines are long to order food on the weekends but food comes out fast!

Had a very casual family dinner the first night we arrived on vacation. It was just what everyone needed to unwind! Excellent ocean views!

Great place with great food and beautiful view. Always a must on our trip. The kids love playing in the sand with new friends.

After seeing this place and their shrimp tacos on the Food Network last Fall we were determined to visit. As expected the tacos were delicious but service was not great, server forgot my salad, water bottles became warm, had to ask for cups of ice,...More

We've been visiting Orange Beach for years, and The Gulf is one of our favorites! We always end up eating there at least twice every trip. Love the outside beach dining, the locally sourced food and the sweet little gift shop. Definitely recommend this place...More

A restaurant and a bar made out of shipping containers but done very well. The bars are arranged around a boardwalk area but after you have ordered there are plenty of comfortable seats with a nice sea view. The service is relaxed but efficient and...More

Make a left turn onto the highway by going UNDER the bridge. In other words, in the parking lot, go towards the left and make an u-turn under the bridge. You'll end up on the other side of the bridge and easily get on the...More

We went to the Gulf on a Thursday night and arrived around 6:00. The concept of the restaurant is like a food truck, you order at a window and then they give you a tracker and bring your food out to you. When we arrived...More

I wasn't aware of any tv's but might have been one at the bar. We always sit either at a table or couch on the beach! You must go and check it out! We love it!

Can't really say at night. I've only been during the day when the sun was shining. I would image at night it wouldn't be bad at all.
