As usual The Catfish House was great? The atmosphere is wonderfully old fashion and quaint. The food was delicious! The fixings of beans, coleslaw, and hush puppies were amazing. We could have eaten nothing else, but the fish and oysters were to die for! Thank you once again for a fantastic meal!

Southern atmosphere at its finest. The catfish is fresh and farm raised. Beans and hushpuppies are great. You could make a meal of them! Portions are very large so you will not leave here hungry.

The Catfish House does a booming business in Millbrook. They have a fairly simple menu of fish, shrimp, fixin's, and desserts. Every table receives "fixin's" which include a bucket of hush puppies, a bowl of delicious creamy coleslaw, and a bowl of navy beans cooked with hamhocks. We always get the fried shrimp--which is cooked in a light batter, never... More

Saw in a hotel review that this was near the hotel and a good seafood place. We arrived on an evening the staff was caught off guard for an unusually large crowd for a Thursday. While we were waiting, for a table for two, others walked in to wait including two other couples. A table for six opened and the... More

Came in at 9 pm not knowing it was closing time. The staff was in full clean up mode. However, they immediately sat us down and offered us beverages even though we offered to leave. Every staff member that passed our table spoke and asked us how our food was. We also met the owner who was very nice also.... More

I had a large group visit The Catfish House prior to a wedding, and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. We loved the atmosphere, the staff was great, and the food was good. It really worked out to be a great place for us.

Met family for a birthday. Had catfish, hush puppies, fries and coleslaw. Overpriced for Catfish ......... But they do the business!

We live nearby this restaurant and frequent it as often as possible. The free beans, coleslaw and hush puppies are some of the best. Try the pepper relish that comes on the table. I always get the fried shrimp and have never been disappointed. It seems that their shrimp has gotten smaller over the years but still worth getting. My... More
