Very impressed by their sweet and sour crab dish. The (minimum order) 2 crabs were meaty and prepared well - it was incredibly easy for us to remove the shells. My only reservation was the lack of prices on the menu, which I always feel a bit apprehensive about being ripped off massively. But here it was fine. If you're... More

We went to this restaurant reading reviews hoping to have a good meal. The place is packed can see bones and crab shell on the floor. It take time to serve meals and food are less than average. Prawn are not fresh and crab is not really nice. Overall experience is disappointing.

Was dragged to this place by my wife. Full with Chinese from all over Asia. The prawns and the edible frog was very good. Recommend if you are in the area.

It is a traditional coffee shop serving zi char, specializing in crabs. Many customers have already raved about the tasty crabs they ate. That is the best advertisement for them. We tried their cheesy prawn mee hoon and compared it with Tong Sheng's (another seafood zi char). Our verdict: both charged RM 38 for small portion, both tasted just as... More

Busy place. Food taste moderate. Too much oil in everything. Sweet and sour chicken taste sour 😉. Price is OK.

This restaurant is within walking distance from Ramandan Hotel in Malacca. It is set in a coffee shop and only 1/3 filled on Fri night. We tried the milk crab, black pepper crab, salted egg prawns, marmit pork ribs, fried mee sua. Service wasn't too bad, the fried noodles and kuey teow has good 'wok hei'.

The crabs were indeed fresh and got thumbs from parents and wifey who was a crab lover. I would recommend this place for dinner, do arrive by 7pm as it got real crowded by then on a Saturday.

Read about milk crabs on ieatishootipost and decided on Restoran Lee as it's near where we stayed (The Shore). In my confusion, I entered the address for Restoran Tong Sheng (known for milk crabs and cheese beehoon too). There was a long queue (1-1.5 hour) when we reached at 6pm. Do note that you can make a reservation at Tong... More

Look beyond the not so appealling coffee-shop setting close by the roadside. The food is really delicious and affordable. Do note that you have to order at least 2 crabs.
