After reading the amazing reviews of this place and hearing stories from my friends, I made it a point to visit here during my last trip Melaka. I have to say, The Baboon House truly exceeded my expectations, it is a pity however that you are not allowed to click pictures inside the house. Everything about the place and the... More

I went over for a brunch/ lunch type thing. Burgers are all day. I had the regular beef burger with added bacon. Along with the burger they have potato wedges and the salad of the day which was a potato salad. I had a lemonade which was freshly made. I asked for less sugar so it was a little by... More

This cafe is as much an art gallery as a cafe - a shame they do not allow you to take pictures. Excellent and well priced drinks with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

We had a nice light lunch here and particularly enjoyed the surroundings. You feel as though you are in the jungle. Unique!

Although it is not too expensive, it Is out of our price range unfortunately. The place is awesome and you could spend all day chilling there. We both had coffees which were really good and Sat and enjoyed the aesthetics. Also eyeballing other people's food as it looks amazing haha. Definitely worth a visit.

We didn't schedule to go to the Baboon House because the food is Western, and we like to explore local cuisine when travelling. Luckily, we discovered this place - it's absolutely and crazily magic. Grab a book, or your pen and paper and get inspired, or just sit and look around. Food and drinks are good, too - only minus... More

We found this place by mistake as our hotel was quite close...I was so pleasantly surprised: aquariums, little gardens and a lot of plants and books... Great decoration overall. Friendly staff, very tasty burgers and home-made drinks. The only bad thing is that one cannot take any pics :( Close to the Heritage Museum that is also a must see.... More

GOOD - The decoration is very unique, a bit quirky and contradictive (in a good way) , lots of old books and lively plants - I ordered a chicken burger, beer and hand made honey wine, the burger is super yummy as well as the honey wine - It is reconstructed from an old Chinese mansion, full of Chinese history...
