Friendly staff, good food, prompt service. Small place. Enjoyed the red / Sambal type chicken, Sambal Kangkong, rendang. Fabulous and tasty. They close on tuesdays so we had to come back again on Wednesday but worth the trip.

I love their curry mutton but the sambal petai was a bit too hot for my liking. Service is good and food portion is big.

Hi jyshai, Thanks for the good review. Some like it even hotter and spicier. =) That sambal petai incidentally is our most spicy dish. If it's too spicy for you, ask for and squeeze in some lime juice to taper the spiciness down. Come back and try it. More

We visited this place ten years ago, it was only 1/3 of its size. Despite the expansion, the homely feel is still there. We had Ikan Assam Pedas which was awesome. The size was huge though It was supposed to be small but the freshness is fantastic. The spicy sourness brought out its inherent sweetness. Yummy! The other dishes were... More

The nyonya food are modern type , if you are looking for original nyonya foods this is not the place. The food here are mostly spicy not recommended for a bunch of kids. Cendol is a must try.

I been recommend by friend to visit this restaurant & they did not disappoint me with their yummy foods. The best I like is Lemak Nanas Prawn.

Was in Meleka for wedding dinner. Host booked this restaurant and said the best Chengdol. Total disappointment on the Chengdol. Host has preordered the food so we were supposed to have all their specialty but all the dishes were just very average in taste. I am ok to eat there if I live around there and out of convenience. Definitely... More

Excellent nyonya Malacca home cooked food. The mutton curry is a Must Try! It's tender, full of spices, no mutton smell at all! Another dish is the Sambal Petai, it's superb awesome! The ikan bilis (small fried anchovies) are crispy that goes so well with the fresh petai. A Must Try! Cendol here is good too. The drawback of this... More

We ordered sweet potato leave, steamed chilly fish and chicken pongteh. The chicken and vegetable were very good. The chilly fish was too spicy for us.There are other fish dishes however.I also ordered chendol for dessert and the shaved ice and gula Melaka ( palm sugar) , put in a small cup separately for you, was great! Restaurant offers a wide... More

The reviews I read gave it top marks but I wàsnt impressed by the food. The fried sea bass was so so..the sambal kang kong was ok. Nothing really stood out. The place was packed though with diners even at 3pm long after lunch. The food was not bad but not something I would die die go back to eat.
