Sanjay Omlette has earned a good name in Jaipur, and its varietyof omlettes is mind boggling. I have tried several of them and they taste equally good, but the excess oil used is a big detterent for the today's health concious foodie. I sincerely wish that they start using less oil. They should pay more attention to cleanliness also.

Tried this place when during my first trip to Jaipur as it was close by to my hotel and had read great reviews about it. Sorry to say, but I was terribly disappointed in it. The all time famous egg specialist. Wide variety of dishes made out of egg is the USP of this restaurant. Visited here more than once and enjoyed. Just one thing, i dont like too much spice with eggs dishes but here had a omelette filled with garlic chutney which was the off side. Anyways still you are the best.

Loved this place the food is excellent and apparently run by Sanjay Sharma who is a previous contestant from Master Chef India. It´s tucked away in one of the backstreets, a good variety of food to choose from here. Loved the Parathas and the Pizzas.

The restaurant doesn't have any ambiance to speak of. Cleanliness is also off the mark. Yet, if you are crazy about eggs, do give it a shot. The prices are reasonable.

Mouth watering omelette is something you can't miss in Jaipur. A month is incomplete until I visit the place to have their famous Obama omelette. Names of the omelette is a mystery and that is solved only after eating it. I suggest to try Morocco omelette, Sanjay special omelette and tandoori omelette. Best time to visit is evening where you... More

Sanjay Omelet is an unique takeaway omelet place. They have atleast 15 varieties of very unique omelets. One of their most famous is the omelet pizza and butter masala omelet. The spices and preparation is done by some secret recipe and the taste is so unique that every evening from 4 to 10 there are atleast 100 locals who eat here. since its a take-away, people either eat in cars or pack and take it home to eat. This is a unique place and the owner sanjay was also one of the participants at Masterchef India season 1, and got selected coz of his unique omelet.
