It doesn't get more authentic. Having recently come back from Bhutan, which borders Tibet, this is as close as it gets to some good eastern flavours. Thukpa and momos are heavenly.

This is one of the best place to eat authentic and delicious Tibetan Chinese cuisine. There is one more restaurant with same name in Malad link road near Mind Space. I am not sure if owner of both are same or not. But if you really want to give a try you can visit any of these place and eat... More
Just wanted to point out that the name has been misspelt here. The name is New Sernyaa. Easily the best authentic Tibetan food chain in Mumbai. I loved the Thukpa from this joint
The best authentic Tibetan joint in town, this restaurant gives the feeling of stepping into a Tibetan home more than a restaurant. For those who want to savour the authentic stuff, once should leave the choice of menu items to the owners who run the show and take special care to make you a memorable meal at an unbelievably affordable... One of the best places to have momo's in mumbai !! ambiance is ok !! other dishes like thukpa & saptha-de rice (recommendable) are some of many to try !!
A place to have nice Momos, Thupka soup and several other delicacies which are not dictated by the cliches. They take time but everything prepared tastes fresh. Never order from their Chinese menu always take Kishore's advice and order only from Tibetan menu. I love going to this joint the only thing I wish that their seating arrangement could improve.

Uncle John is as warm as ever & now operates out of the Malad outlet & his son looks... More
Amazing food. Love their Dimsums/Momos.... They have pretty reasonable prices... everything on the menu is worth the price. Good food n Keep it Up.
It was a Saturday and we had no other place to go. Every place in and around Malad was full. We didnt want to do the Pizza and Burger deal, we wanted to try out new things. That's when we spotted this hole-in-the-wall (quite literally). Though not alluring, it looked interesting; we opened the door and Uncle John greeted us... More
