My uncle and I went for dinner and then breakfast in consecutive days. The dinner was pretty good, good meal sizes, good pricing (again around the $20 AUD for two) and great atmosphere. They however didn't have a license for the alcohol which meant it was served in a tea pot and while the first time it was a novelty,... More

Very good quick service ,cheap and good food! It's easy to get to but as the name suggests it's on top of the roof with no lift and plenty of steps so could be a problem if you struggle with walking.

Really nice place to have a drink and look down at the main bazaar below. Great photo opportunity and much more relaxing atmosphere than other cafes. Really big menu with Indian and western options. Indian food is great here, can't comment on the rest of the menu, but there's an extensive breakfast menu, they do great coffee, juice and sweet... More

First of all this is the best Naans we have been eating for days in north India !! Definitely recommend to order several even though they are large! We also had the soup from Tibet with some very well cooked pasta in it and what to say about the momos Veg (ravioli) that were very tasty and not too spicy... More

We were looking for a shelter during a monsoon rain and ended up here - it was a happy random choice :) The staff is friendly, the terrace really cosy. We were amazed by the rich menu - you can choose from Indian, Nepali, Tibetian or Italian dishes. I took a thali (160 Rs), my girfriend took a today's special,... More

We found this restaurant lookinfg for a terrace and good food, and we weren't disappointed! The restaurant is on the roof top of hotel Lord Krishna, on the 4th floor. The terrace is beautiful, and you can have a view of the bustling Main Bazar, without the hussle. We tried tandoori chicken, garlic and cheese nan, and sizzler chicken. All... More

A beatiful terrace in the centre of the uncontrolled street of Main Bazar in Pajar Ganj, where you can enjoy a nice Tibetan or Hindu dinner with the background sound of the tuk tuk horns. Fresh vegetarian food, very good price and a good service.

This restaurant has a great view, is cosy with nice lights, has friendly waiters and best of all has delicious food. The prices are also nice, which all together attracts a wide variety (young) people. From 17 days India this was in the top 2 restaurants of the entire holiday. We will come back :)
