The meal was mediocre. They automatically add a high service-charge to the bill, although their service is rat6her. I had to speak LOUD to them before they gave up to charge me for the service-ee. They claim to take Mastercard, visa etc. but when you want to pay their connection fails. After a discussion they ended up accepting a visa-card.

This s a serious warning!!! The very first time for me to write a review on tripadvisor bcz they make me so angry. They charged me more than 30% tax on top of the price of menu. I m stupid so i paid. But I hope my silliness could be a experience of all of you guys. Be aware and... More

We tasted CUY when we were in Peru about 4 times, CUY AL HORNO here is our favourite. Table beside balcony is good location for sitting. But I don't like noodle soup.

I did not have internet connection and it was a rainy afternoon when we returned from Machu Picchu, so we went in this restaurant which was one of the closest restaurants right in the square. After asking for their wifi password and reading the reviews on Tripadvisor, I got quite worried but at the same time was hoping that perhaps... More

Ate here our last night in Aguas Calientes. Sat on the 3rd floor overlooking the Plaza. I knew that eating right off the Plaza would be a bit more expensive but I decided to try here anyway. I ordered an Alpaca Steak with french fries and salad. Food was pretty good and service was good up until then. I remembered... More

Errors on bill "in their favor", SCAM tax and tip addition. Upsell without checking with us. Mediocre food at higher prices than anywhere we have eaten in Peru. Way too much cost for too little food and service. Do not eat here unless you are ok paying a HEFTY premium for being on the square with charges you never knew... More

We visited this place a couple of weeks ago and it was our worst experience during our visit in South America. Don't be fooled by kind waitress by restaurant entrance as these people will have no scruple to scam you when there's time for the payment. They will add 30% "local tax" to your bill, which is non-existent. When I... More

Don't bother!! Bad wifi. Like really bad. Terrible service, very rude if you don't speak Spanish. Charge you this stupid tax that they're not allowed to do. But do it anyway. Don't do here!! Better restaurants away from plaza de armas

Do not eat here. My fiance and I ate here today and the food was a 2out 10 at best. The worst was the receipt. The waiter (dark hair, dark skin, and thin lady) tried to tell me that it was 135soles. Which seemed high considering we hadn't order enough to warrant that amount. I checked their receipt and they... More

The food is mediocre at best considering the area (would be considered terrible anywhere else). However, for me, service is what sets apart a restaurant even if the food is not good. First of all, instead of changing the tablecloths they only fling off the crumbs of the top one and continue using it - old food stains and all.... More
