Overlooks kasbah when on top floors. Many levels. Cold snap in region when there but restaurant well heated. Extensive menu catering for all. Locals also customers so not catering just for tourists.

The decor in this place is so Moroccan. Windy staircase takes us to the top floor with a panoramic view of the town centre. We ordered squid and anchovy targine both were delicious. I had a couscoys to take away it qas wrapped in foil and still warm a few hours later. Highly recommended.

We went for a lunch on a mini break this November. It is obviously a place where bus loads of tourists go for a set menu. Didnt think it was outstanding but OK. We had a chicken tajine (fairly tasteless) and chicken Briolettes which were good. The mint tea was so sugary we couldnt drink it. We chose it I... More

I've been here on a sunny August afternoon with Moroccan friends and was absolutely impressed with the decor, this far exceeds the fairy tales. However, in spite of the obvious advantage location offers, their food is far from great, I would say average, just as you would find in any street cafe in Morocco. Fish tajine was too salty to... We happened upon the Aladdin, and loved the evening views of the medina from its terrace. The food was good, although our server did not seem interested in bringing it to us (45 minutes, multiple disappearances).

If you are looking for a dinner in a terrace with nice views over Chefchauen, this is your place. I wouldn't recommend it if you also want to have good food. The Harira wasn't good at all, not even warm... Expensive price for what you get but I guess you pay the views and not the food in this place.

We went lunch and sat on the highest balcony which has a great 360 view of the town. Food and service were similar to other restaurants but the view was a differentiator so would definitely go again.

The food is great and the prices are great too. The service is also good and the waiters are very helpful. We had the set menu for 85 dirhams - there was plenty of food and it was relatively good quality. The restaurant over looks the square with a great bird view of all the antics below. There is also... We spent two nights in Chefchaouen and when walking around we noticed Aladdin from the main square. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. And sitting up high you are away from the hustle and bustle of night life, able to watch it unfold from the balcony above the square. Food was good with a wider variety for vegetarians than other places... More

Went for dinner. They have a lovely terrace, fantastic bread, great olive oil (on the bread with a bit of pepper and you'll fly to heaven) but that's about it. Food was so-so. Service OK but only the minimum expected. We only liked it coz we witnessed a fight between young men (staff assured us this happens only once or... More
