We visited this restaurant at our first evening at Lake Toba and after this experience we returned every evening of our stay. The food is delicious and fresh made. If you have any special wish, they will organise it for you. The restaurant is operated by a family and this is what you can feel: all is made with love!... More

Give it a try. If you like, ask... More

This place has a great little area up the back that you can sit and see the lake. We went for dinner and were the only ones up there. Had a lovely spicy eggplant dish. Had some noodles also that were a bit average. We went back for breakfast and had two massive banana pancakes with honey. They also added... More

I recommend trying the alabatak dishes using local pepper plants, unique to this area. Delicious! I also had a very good all day tour around the island with the owners son Kiki. He is very passionate about his homeland and loves to share some of the wonders of Lake Toba with visitors.

We selected 3 dishes, chicken, fish and a vegetable dish. The hands on instructions were clear and easy to follow, with explanation of the ingredients... More
