Woeful. We went there on a Friday evening as I wanted a change from local Thai food. The initial impressions are it’s nice enough with clean modern decor and ambience BUT service is slow, staff have a complete lack of knowledge of the menu items,...staff are completely disinterested in serving or doing much of anything in fact. I ordered an Asahi beer, wait staff go to the bar and return more than 5 minutes later to tell me only Chang is available. Thus despite being called a ‘Bar’ and having a reasonable list of beers on the menu there was only one type available. We also ordered red wine but this was also unavailable, and again it took 5 minutes before this was relayed back to us. The menu has an extensive range of Thai foods and my Thai girlfriend wanted to order a Thai dish but we were told only Western foods were available that evening. Ordered three western items off the menu but all three were unavailable. To sum up we ordered 6 different things from the nicely printed menu and all were unavailable. So we said don’t bother with any of it and walked out. I’m not sure what kind of business the owner(s) want to run here but if every night is the same as we experienced they will soon be out of business. I can’t comment on the quality or quantity of the food as we didn’t bother hanging around long enough to find out. Going by other recent reviews of this establishment though the food is not good either. Do yourselves a favour and eat/drink elsewhere.More

After looking for a good restaurant in Sangla Buri (there are not many) we found Garden Home Western Bar. We were happy with the service and the food was delicious. I can recommend it to everyone.

My friends and I visited for dinner. An extensive menu, you will be spoilt. I ordered local dish (fried rice) and both my friends each ordered carbonara and pomodoro pasta. After waiting for 30 - 40 minutes, our food arrived. By then, the server informed...they do not have pomodora pasta. Isn't it a common sense to let a guest know earlier if a dish is not available? My friend re-ordered plain pasta (she's vegetarian). The restaurant is well decorated with great ambience, has an indoor and outdoor seatings however staff appeared inexperience and will need to brush up on basic conversational English which is crucial in guest services.More

Food terrible... staff untrained. Took 45 mins to get a uneatable ceaser salad. After the long wait... Paid my bill and walked out. Couldn't eat the wilted spoiled salad. Give it a miss they haven't a clue.

The owner is currently refurbishing the place apart from the restaurant and I presume the kitchen or else they wouldn’t be serving food. It looks like he demolished the main building and is starting to rebuild from scratch as there is only the concrete beams...standing. The soup served here is obviously from a packet as they don’t cook it long enough and you still get dry bits. The food is obviously frozen and defrosted to order but not always defrosted completely so not properly cooked when served. Perhaps the cook needs to learn to use a microwave properly. With two of their main competitors on this road now closed . On the good side, the staff are pleasant but I would prefer surly staff and edible food.More

After few days of Thai food the kids wanted some western food. The place is on one of the town main road - easy to find. Owner and wife are nice couple. Volunteer many info. about the area. The only problem was that it took...long to get our food. They had no helper on that day. Hamburger - nice. Soup - from can but reasonable. Pizza - little sticky crust but nice. Drinks - very good selections... For such remote area this is good place.More

I found this place on facebook and also booked a room via facebook for four nights. The place is lovely. My room was in the back, was very spacious with two very big beds,a tv,a cd player and moviechanel and a nice bathroom. The place is...very clean and nice for a good price. The owner and his wife have been very kind and helpfull to me. The food was great and also the cocktails. During my visit it was quit and i enjoyed it. It is a 10 minutes walk to the busterminal and foodcourt and 15 minute walk to the woodenbridge. I would stay here again.More

My son was in search of some North American comfort food and we found pizza - crust was a little on the cracker side but the topping was good. I had a couple of their pineapple blends which were quite yummy!
