Out of the innumerable number of Restaurants in the alleyways of Koh Phi Phi Don Island, October stands out purely for the quality of food and the old style tropical restro. The place is busy and at times you may need to wait for your table. There is a definite language issue as the waiters hardly speak English and you have to only try your luck with the menu and any additional requests can make the original dish go haywire. There is plenty to choose from and some better European dishes than most places in Phi Phi. The restaurant is bang opposite a big pizza joint ( forgot the name ) and close to the loh Dalum beach. Dont expect ambience or opulence but a good food joint

If you want to try some delicious fish without spent to much go the October resto! Lee suggested me to try the deep-fried red snapper with lemon grass (favored one by locals). I can only say that it was so delicious and tasty🤤 I will back tomorrow for the bis 😂😂

If you're in phi phi islands and you are searching for a place where you want to be perfectly treated, it's in this restaurant.
After choosing what you want to eat in a menu full of uncountable choises, I can guarantee that you will get what you were expecting, very friendly employees, and a good chef, i eated the best steamed crab that I eated in my life in this restaurant, and to drink I recommend a mango smothie lassi, it's just delicious.
It's completely affordable and the best place I eated in phi phi islands and probably in Thailand.

We went to this restaurant 👨🍳, to have breakfast twice in a row, on the first day we ordered the pancake combo including capuchin and glass of juice, the next day the menu was the same but they said they no longer made it. They immediately serve the capuchin and glass of juice, then we wait 30 minutes to eat, terrible table service and very unprofessional staff ⛑️, and they forget the order 🤦♂️ on both days. Regarding the food, I liked it 👍

Horrid food, overcharging bullies!
We visited late and ordered a crab and a fish dish. The fish was slimy and cheesy and completely inedible. The crab was ok. However at the time of the bill payment we wanted to pay by card- whopping 5% extra was charged. (The rest of phi phi operates at 3%). We asked them why and we're told we are bad people and treated very poorly. The portly man at the counter was dismissive and abusive when we pointed out our full plates of wasted bad food and then being overcharged.
Horrid experience in such a magical place like PHI PHI. Easily avoidable

Food is so so good. Staff are so lovely. Such a sweet little place! They give you free food whilst you wait for your food as well which is a bonus! Cheap but fantastic quality food. Highly Recommend!!

We arrived at 8ish and ordered and the restaurant was busy. We both ordered starters and mains. My partner papaya salad arrived and was good (large portion). My starter didn’t materialise though. My fried sea bass main then arrived some time later, it was pricier than Phuket for a similar size (420BHT) but was very over cooked compared to previous similar dishes. My partners main then arrived - squid with garlic (a seriously large bowl of roasted garlic paste). My breaded prawn starter then arrived. The rice never showed up. It was all a bit random and disappointing to be honest. We were underwhelmed after eating in Garlic 1992 over the road.

Have you ever been to Koh Phi Phi and tried the local specialties?
We spend a few days there last year and found the “October”-restaurant. From the first day on they caught us with the variety and quality of their meals. There is such a lot of fresh food like fish, crabs, etc. and also burgers, rice, noodles and wonderful pancakes, fresh fruit shakes and really enjoyable beverages - whatever you like.
Come and try yourselves. You will love it!
The people (the staff) there are so friendly and attentive that you can’t resist to come again and again and again. We will see you there.
Greetings to our friends over there – we are looking forward to be back soon.

Very nice and cheap place to eat. They serve huge amount of fried rice with chicken for only 70 baht. Wi fi free, and well located on the island. Staff is great also.

We were served by Lee and had a delightful dining experience. When we first arrived we were met with a lovely, bustling atmosphere. One of my friends and I shared the deep fried sea bass with garlic and it was jus awesome. Two others of our group were vegetarian and felt well catered for too. Great staff and checked up on us, smiles everywhere was a great meal and would definitely recommend!! Good value for money and even better photography skills, thank you once again Lee :)

Absolutely loved this little restaurant during our stay in Koh Phi Phi. We went here 3 times. Cheapest and best Pad Thai we have had so far (60 baht) and cheapest mojito we have had during our whole stay in Thailand (also 60 baht). Tons of options on the menu, although I would not order the Chinese gravy... one of our friends ordered it and the texture was something else. Our server was there everyday all day and was run off his feet, but was very friendly and we got our meal fast and were able to pay our bill right away. Would absolutely recommend this place :)

I am staying on Koh Phi Phi for a couple of days and from the first day, I went to October Resto for my daily cappuccino and fruit shakes. The cappuccino tastes amazing (good espresso, good machine), and the shakes are very nice, too! Bob the owner is very friendly and funny and I always love to have a little chat with him :-) The food looks really tasty, too! Just come and check it out for yourselves. I hope you will enjoy the island as much as I do🏝🏖🌞

We LOVE eating at October Resto! In fact, we've eaten here so many time, the staff all know us now. We love the laid back atmosphere, the friendly people, low prices and the great service. Some of our favorite things to order are Penang curry (chicken or shrimp), fish tempura, vegetable spring rolls, watermelon shakes, and the roti! We've told others to eat here, and highly recommend it if you visit Phi Phi Island.

We have visited this restaurant twice and it was zhe best gastronomic experience in Phi Phi! The food was delicious. We ordered fresh prawns and sweet rotti and mango sticky rice - everything absolutely delicios. High reccomendations!

Below our expetations... Pad Tai with shrimps with only two shrimps inside... Fried rice with vegetables with almost only onion inside. Sorry, I don't like writing bad reviews but our two meals were really bad.
