This restaurant is the main restaurant of the hotel Pimalai. It is nicely located on the southern shore of Ko Lanta and the restaurant is overlooking the sea and has a fantastic view on the sunset as the hotel is set on the hillside. The menu can be categorized in "high end international" but in an innovative way. The chef... More

This is not cheap and those who expect to pay thai prices should think again. However compared to London this is very reasonable and would hold its own against the capital's best. Great view and very attentive staff who are proud of their restaurant. will be back

Celeste and I have annually traveled South East Asia for over 20 years. We have stayed at countless 4 & 5* resorts. While spending 4 nights at Pimalai Resort we ended up eating all 4 dinners at The Seven Seas, their European restaurant. Never tried their Thai restaurant. Contrary to almost all resorts who bring in European executive chefs, The... More

Staying at a hotel down the road, Pimalai was happy to arrange for a car to pick me up (THB300 round-trip) for pre-dinner drinks at the Seven Seas terrace. This is my second visit to Pimalai in 4 years and I'm quite certain that I will return again in the future. Anyways, back to the review: So. I was surprised... More

Would highly recommend anyone travelling to Ko Lanta to this amazing dining place! Best would be to go for happy hours 5:30-6:30 and sunset view with buy one get one free drink. Amazing beach setting and tasty food as well. The prices for cocktails are standard for this kind of luxury place and not over the roof but prices for... More

Had one dinner at the hotel for a friend's birthday. Ended up spending over 5000baht for 2 which would be ok in Europe but not so much in such a location. Food was however excellent and the service top notch. If you seek quality, I would highly recommend it but if on a budget, better go somewhere else.

We stayed on Ko Lanta for three nights and had dinner at Seven Seas on two of those nights. Yes, it was that good! Hard to say what's better - the view or the food. I guess I'd have to say the view, because it's hard to beat, worldwide. Get a table outside and go for the bubbles and tapas... More

We´ve been to Seven Seas during our stay at Pimalai. And it is for sure absolutely to be recommended, a ´Must-have-been-there´. The place is fantastic. The staff is on a high level friendly and attentive without being pushy. Go there, sit down, enjoy the spectacular view, just relax and you will love the food they present. The taste is wonderful.... Pimalia’s signature restaurant with a view that can only be explained as an endless ocean is the backdrop for the resorts high altitude restaurant, nestled at the top of the property, with heights I believe matching and exceeding any other on the island, The seven Seas’s allowed for a special night with the family was very hard to exceed. We were here to celebrate my partner's birthday. Do come early to watch the sunset as that would be the highlight of your evening. Not the food or service. Though we were the only guest who arrived at 620pm all the service staff were occupied and we had to wait a while before we could catch anyone's attention. We had... More
