Out of the 4 nights that we spent on Koh Lanta, we had dinner at Cook Kai twice! Yes, that's how tasty the food is here. 1. Their staff is courteous and the service is good. 2. We tried the Chicken Noodle Soup, Ginger Chicken and Chicken Salad. Each of these dishes was delicious. We came back the next day... More

We quickly figured out there are restaurants in Ko Lanta that are trying to serve up everything - their menu ranging from naan to pizza to phad Thai - that end up doing nothing well. This spot was quick and all of our food was great. We got Tom yum noodle soup, Tom kha gai, and Chinese broccoli with oyster... More

It was our favourite restaurant in Koh Lanta. Delicious meals with fair prices. We visited this place almost everyday in our stay. Would highly recommend a visit.

We chose this restaurant based on a recommendation mentioning high quality of the dishes served there. It is a nicely decorated and spacious restaurant. However, we found the dishes equal to the other local restaurants around which offer those at lower prices. Considering the prices at Cook Kai, it might be worthwhile walking to the beach and having the meal... More

Went there with my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. If you don't want to walk to town and is not looking for seafood BBQ, this is a great alternative. They serve traditional Thai food.

Cook Kai is a Thai quick food place, a bit like a café. The food is very simple and easy, and prepared quickly. We discovered the main Cook Kai two years ago and liked it so been going ever since, they have now opened a new one which was directly opposite our hotel so very handy for lunchtimes, you can... Really good food with excellent service! Nice clean area with good Wi-fi. If you have children who don't like thaifood, try the clubsandwich or spaghetti . You will eat here more than one time! And it is at a good price!

On different occasions we've been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and it never fails to please. The mango lassies are tall and cool and such a favourite with our kids, they have vowed to have at least 2 per day while we're here! One of the nicest thing about Cook Kai are the lovely family that run the place... More

I had an enjoyable meal at Cook Kai of standard Thai options with good service in a relaxing environment. Prices are fair for being a resort community, and the menu is extensive. The pad kee mow I had was delicious and fresh.
