Visited this restaurant while in Roatan. The first time had the fried whole red snapper, served with white rice and beans, plantains and a slaw salad...a lot of food and very delicious. Enjoyed it so much, went back again, this time having the grilled lobster... Very disappointing. It was slightly charred a and tough. The service here is slow but... More

Recommended by fellow travelers. This was our only meal off the resort, and we considered it good, though nothing special. Conch fritters were fabulous. Daughter had the Mahi and loved it, I got the Lionfish and it was OK- a bit tough/dry (though that may be the nature of the fish. There was some sanding going on next to our... More

Veggies tasted weird and the food made me feel weird afterwards. The staff were very confused by requests such as "no butter" and the service was terrible.

Some things that set Lighthouse Restaurant apart from the others: great view, some amazingly hot relish! Holy smokes, this stuff is bona fide. So carve out some time to relax, watch the boats go by, drink some cold beer, eat some ceviche, and brace yourself for the wonderful agony of the hottest table relish imaginable. Wonderful!!!

Not as great as the past few years we had eaten there. They seemed very understaffed though. The servers are definitely friendly and trying their best. Good fish and chips and lobster dip

Stopped for lunch and were very happy we did!! The food was delicious and very well priced! Had the lobster salad that was full of lobster! Conch fritters were also great! The rest of my family had the local special and the serving was so big they weren't hungry for lunch. The owner/ chef came out to talk to us... More

The place has an awesome location. The food was ok, but I can't really remember anything except it was super pricy for what we got. Not a highlight for us for sure, service was not great(being generous here), the value for the money was really poor. I wouldnt return or recommend it.

Samuel, the proprietor and chef loved food, and it shows! Mainly seafood, gorgeously prepared with excellent sauces, some Cajun inspired. Well worth a visit! It's a little off the Main Street in West End, but well worth a visit.

It was not crowded. At one end of West End so you could see all the lights along the waterfront and the boats coming in. We had the grilled garlic lobster and the snapper. A wandering cat enjoyed our meal too! Nice service.

To get to this restaurant, is a bit sketch. Take a light. Watch out of the dog poo. The computer lab "doesn't work" if you are just trying to transfer pictures from your camera to external hardrive. The tablecloths had tears and holes. The lighting was dark too. The neighbors next door had their life going on too. Not a... More
