Found out about this place from Lonely Planet. Right next door to our hotel ( riviera Sucre ). Delicious seafood soup, a couple beers, dessert and hot chocolate. Nice jazz, friendly and so fresh! Highly recommend it!

A hidden nook, keep your eye out for the wooden sign outside the door. This family-operated restaurant is modest inside, but the food is high quality, abundant, and even a vegetarian (like me) can eat well here.
