Enjoyed dinner here with my son-in-law. The seafood pasta was great, with just enough spice to tell it's real Cajun food. The sides are good and the service is fast and friendly despite the packed crowd.
We had crawfish, gumbo and cheese grits. Food was awesome and the service was exceptional. My new favorite hang out!
Had the "award winning gumbo," a roux and some shrimp, that's it. Grown up on gumbo and no tomatoes, okra or any of the other ingredients that make it flavorful. Had shrimp po boy, bread very stale and crumbled on plate, small and minimal shrimp...More
Pick this place of Yelp. Pretty good little whole in the wall. Authentic food, Very Spicy. It is in a little strip mall so you hav to look for it.
This is an out of the way place that is truly worth finding... Service was excellent and the food was even better !!! Can't wait to go back.😍
Ordered the chicken and sausage gumbo. Roux tasted burnt. The chicken was over cooked. I think this gumbo was warmed up one too many time. Also had the fried green tomatoes. That was pretty good. Lumped crab meat on top.

We left the freeway and drove several miles to find this restaurant because of great reviews, but we were rather disappointed. This is not scratch cooking, They use prepared roux and batter mix, and could not accommodate my husband's msg allergy and my corn meal...More
