These noodles are not special or worth writing home about. We had: Fried Dumplings - pretty good Yangshuo noodles - sub par Eggs with leaks - ok Of the two dozen noodle dishes we had in china this was near the bottom.

Like many of Yangshuo's small local eateries, this may not look like much from the outside. However, as is so often the case in China, the small local places are better and more authentic than flashy or trendy bigger restaurants. Definitely mix in some of the spicy condiments if you get the local noodle dish--it tastes so much better and... More

I give the restaurant 4 stars, but the dumplings 5 stars. They are fantastic. The fried dumplings are 15 yuan so its a good deal. The owner is really friendly too.

First of all, the address was wrong in TripAdvisor. It is in front of Kali Mirch Indian Cuisine. Regarding the food, the low prices are attractive, but we asked a KungPao chicken with low pepper, and instead we got one on fire (and we're used to eating spicy food). We also had fried dumplings - those were very tasty.

My friend and I loved this place. It's cheap, tastes good and the staff are lovely. We came here every day for lunch when we were in Yangshuo. We vote their dumplings the best in China! 非常好吃!

It was so hard for us to find the place, so I decided to add a Google map location screenshot of the place. It's not near any gas station. Enjoy.

Everytime I go to Yangshuo, I go to Gan's Noodles near the petro station even though its a trek for me. The boss is very nice and the food is good and authentic. I love the Knife Cut Noodles and Oil splash noodles (油潑面) because it is authentic and you can see him making it from dough. The Oil Splash... More

Tried almost everything from their menu, over countless visits. Price-quality wise, you won't find much better food in Yangshuo. Owners, Mr and Ms Gan are lovely people and always there to help out if needed. First time I tasted their food was in 2007 and still as good in 2016! Personal favorite: home made "Peeled Noodles".

We'd decided to eat here based on TripAdvisor reviews but we were just so disappointed by the food. The setting wasn't all that great, but good food would've won us over -- it wasn't BAD, it was just completely mediocre and forgettable. I'm trying to remember what we ate, so I can comment on it, but ..... forgettable.

I couldn't stop eating here. Dumplings, fried noodles, and a whole lot of other stuff I didn't try because I loved the fried noodles too much. But, I wish I had. Ownership is friendly and they know how to cook.
