Very simple and genuine place serving good and cheap food. Loved the galeto (baby chicken), the pork ribs and the fried polenta. The pastas were pretty good. I did not have the salad as it did not look very fresh. Loved the atmosphere. Great lunch spot that tends to be very busy on weekends.

We enjoyed the hors d'oeuvres and the capaletti soup followed by the specialty of roasted chicken served with many types of pasta. Costillas were also brought along with excellent salads. It was a very enjoyable and affordable. We hope to return soon.

It's a simple restaurant but the food is very good. As for my Dad, he just wouln't go anywhere elase. The chicken, the "polenta", the cheese pastel - OMG. If you don't mind a not fancy at all restaurant, it's really worthy.

Galeto is a typical meal of Italian colonies in southern Brazil, especially those located in Rio Grande do Sul The actual name of delicacy in Italy is "passarinhada", which means little birds cooked in a very special way. In Brazil the little birds were replaced by small chickens slaughtered... More
