Good quick bite for pizza. You order, they make it on the spot, and then you can stand at the counter and eat or take it on the road. If you're in the area and looking for a snack, go here.

It is not a restaurant, they serve you over the counter, take out or delivery and have little variety. My favorites are the delicious pizza home made style (not the Italian or gourmet style), made with cheese and fresh tomatoes sauce with a twist of garlic (they just have the one type) and the lasagna. They also have OK pastry... More

I live very near La Veronese, and it's been on the same place forever! When I am not in the mood to cook, I buy some of their pizzas. When I am in the mood to cook, I buy lasagne or pasta to cook at home. Also, it is the only place where you can find the biscuits necessary to... More

The pizzas here are ok not pricey at all, not the best pizzas I had in my life but its good if you wanna have quick snack because they are small. But too much dough for my taste.

This is a very busy Italian food place, where you can stop by for a quick bite of mini pizza or delicious fresh Italian pastry; or take home a variety of pastas, gnocchi, manicotti and other locally made food. They pack everything very efficiently in disposable trays.

A large selection of fresh pastas (including gnocchi & lasagna), pastries, "tortas" and mini pizzas for take out, in-in (at a counter), or delivery. My husband and I frequently travel from Centro for the mouth watering pizza and scrumptious passion fruit mousse. The servers are always courteous, and one of the owners even speaks English. Our friends, who were recently visiting... More

I lived in Rio for one Year and this is for me the only place where you get authentic and real italian food. Their fresh pasta is one of the best I have ever eaten and I love their Lasagna as well. If you plan to get something there on a holiday, expect there to be a huge line of... More

This is a 'to go' pizza restaurant in Rio, very near Ipanema. You can also eat in front of the restaurant. It is very cheap vs what you get. 2 mini-pizza is 9 reals. We went 2 times in 6 days. Mini-pizza and lasagna are our recommendations.

Shopping in Ipanema, stop at Veronese for a snack and buy some pasta to take home and dine the best italian food in the world... they have lots of diferente sauces to go with and your dinner is ready with the deserts that you can also buy there..

Good place for a quick snack standing up or there is a great selection of food to take away. Perfect for after a long day on the beach. Counter service is quick and friendly!
