Went there with family and friends. Lot of small kids. Team was good in supporting us with the small kids requests. We got buffet without japanese. Food was ok. Not the minimum possibility to get some picanha that was not over over cooked (muito ben passada), the guy just did not want to put a piece on the currascho. So... More

This restaurant has a buffet in which you can either pay per kilo or for a fixed price. The prices are ok. At night on Saturday they have pizza all you can eat.

Visit early in the evening, to receive a better treatment. Pizzas come all the time, you just have to select ones you prefer.

Frontera is close to where we are staying so we thought we'd give it a go. We like the free wifi which has been difficult to find in other establishments. You are given a card on arrival and you go up and load a plate up from the buffet then weigh your plate and have your card swiped. I think... More

You can find different kind of food in one place: salads, Japanese, barbecue, traditional food such as feijoada, black beans, fish, meat and chicken. Quality of food is great but you pay for...the buffet is not cheap at all, 1kg of food is costing around R$70,00. But definitely you can leave satisfied:-)

There are several Frontera Restaurants in Rio with different Chefs and different levels of quality. The one I like most is the one in Jardim Botânico. I avoid the restaurants in Barra da Tijuca and Ipanema. The flat rate of R$ 70,00 for a lunch is kind of heavy. Therefore I only go there when they have some promotions with... More

Great range of food and good vegetarian options. More upmarket decor than Kilograma, but it was very busy and felt quite rushed. Paid about R240 for 3 meals incl a couple of beers and waters.

We went last week for the all you and eat pizza and crepes. The food was delicious and the service good. There was a waiting line to get in but it moved quickly and it was worth the wait.

My fiance is a pizza-holic and while I didnt come to visit Rio to eat pizza (after all, we're from New York), this place is definitely an EXPERIENCE like nothing we've ever had! We tried about 10 different pies (anything from chicken and cheese, to jalepeno cheese, four cheese and all in between)...all delicious and we didn't even know that... More

I went to the Ipanema location twice in four days. I found the food to be tasty, the staff to be very attentive and the price to be very reasonable.
