We are visiting from Boston and my bf has been in search for the best moqueca. Well, we found it! The food at Tavern 67 is authentic, flavorful, and reasonably priced. We enjoyed it so much we returned to try their Feijoada de frutos do mar. Again, they hit it out of the park! The service and hospitality were excellent... More

Took us a bit of time to decide where we were going to stop for a paella... We stopped here as the paella was on offer (not sure if it's a permanant offer) which meant it was really reasonnable. Didn't regret our choice a single second! The food was great and so was the service! I would highly recommend you... More

So.... as long term Trip Advisor users, you still sometimes think, are we sure about the reviews you read. And Taverne 67 in the Main Street of Buzios does not look like the sort of place you are going to get great food and great service. But it is..... especially the fish moquecas which are super, and the attention of... More

It is worthy of all the reviews, it is a cosy little bistro with very good food and close to Rua das Pedras. Worth a visit!

Went to the restaurant with my wife and kids for a dinner early at night. It was a hot day in Búzios, mid summer. We ordered a "paella" and white wine. Food was great. Nice service as well.

We were walking around trying to find a restaurant serving seafood and right by the side of the expensive Restaurante do David, we found the Taverne! What an amazing experience! Service and food was so good that we decide to return next day to have lunch again.

We were met by the owner who was very helpful and explained the menu in particular the Brazilain Stew. This was fantastic with many types of seafood incorporated, the taste and seasoning was of a very high end restaurant standard. we loved it!!

This small restaurant is easy to walk by, but you should stop here and try the paella with seafood! We loved it and the prices are very reasonable. We prefere these kind of restaurants above the mass restaurants. Good quality and lovely people.

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit, it's quite small and perhaps a little cramped. I'd the salmon risotto which I find a little bland however my husband had the chicken stroganoff which was so tasty & would definitely recommend it
