Hands down the best harp player around. I've never really listened to a harp before, but it makes great background music. The food and service are all solid, and the seafood is pretty good for the midwest, but it's really a live harp player that...More

I had heard great things about this restaurant and was looking forward to eating there. My friend lives in Bayfield and recommended this place. We went, very quaint and that is where it ends. We had made reservations due to the Applefest going on and...More

My friends said their sandwiches were great. I wish I had the same experience. My soup was curdled and bland. I had a hair in my soup. Our server, probably the owner, insisted the 3/4 inch long black hair I took out of the chowder...More

The proprietor was super helpful in recommending a terrific lunch for each person in our party. The food came out quick and was very well prepared. The quaint atmosphere was warm and inviting on a cold winter day.

My daughter had a burger and fries that was awesome. I had lobster ravioli worth a brown butter sauce. I did not like the sauce but the lobster bites and ravioli were god. Service was also good. I will try again.

Loved the harp music, great food, good service, lovely atmosphere. I had the butternut squash ravioli and the duck wontons. The teres major my husband had was incredible. What a neat place.

I've yet to have a bad meal in Ashland. The menu is nothing fancy, but the food was very good and the service was timely. It's probably "average" by Ashland standards, but frankly, compared to the meals I've had in the Twin Cities lately, it...More

We had good seafood and nice service. Fairly quiet in the restaurant, which is unusual, of course. Fairly usual prices.
