After visiting the Temple, we decided to check the beach. Walking along, we saw this little place and decided to eat before returning to Tokyo. And we love it!! It is a small place, but so cozy! The service was fantastic! And we loved the food! And you get a really nice view of the beach! I would recommend it!... More

Found this little gem while googling the Kamakura seafront. It looked quirky and cosy, and there was even a can of Spam on the counter in the photos - I had to visit! I turned up at 4:30, just as they were about to close. I must've looked disappointed, because the guy asked me if I wanted food or just... More

This is a small and unassuming little cafe looking out onto the beach but it is brilliant. We ended up here by accident and I am so glad we did. It is very small but it has a big atmosphere. The food was lovely, it was all freshly cooked and totally delicious. I saw things on the menu that I... More

Had been cycling for 3hrs around Kamakura and found this place on my way back along the seashore. Turned around and stopped for a bite to eat and a drink. Great place, very laid-back, fantastic service, very friendly and good music. A hidden gem...

It had just started to rain when luckly we saw this nice café! The inside is really cool and original, something different from japanese style, but very perfect for a sea place! The cheese cake was great and the view, seated at the window, (ocean and rain) amazing! Good music does the rest. Try it!

I stumbled upon this place on a recent day trip to Kamakura. The restaurant occupies a building that was a local fisherman's supply store. The owners have managed to maintain a warm feel and coziness to the room. If you can, sit by the window and enjoy the view of the ocean and ( unfortunately) the busy road. I had... More
