I went there for Happy Hour on Dec 2. I ordered a Vesper martini, the bartender stated it's been a long time since she made one of those. She asked me what was in it. That was my first clue to change my drink order. I told her the ingredients. So she started out chilling the glass. I said to... More

My family and I have been coming here for our burger fix for many years. When sons are in town it is a must visit. The burgers are excellent as well as the choice of toppings. The beer draft selection is fine and they have a tasty IPA. This is a simple and small restaurant that has a well established... More

They serve an incredible 1/2 lb hamburger that is done to perfection. The also have a double burger that is a fl lb of meat done exactly how you order it. On Tuesdays they have 1/2 price hamburgers. Get there early or later in the afternoon because the place fills quickly. Service is excellent. The price may seem high on... More

Don't blink or you will miss this little jem. We have visiting Arlington for 45 years and have passed this eatery hundreds of times. This time our children, who are residents of Arlington, took us there. We ate salads and burgers both of which were large and yummy. Our children take their children there at least once a week. It... This is a favorite local place of mine. I usually come for the 50 cent wing nights on Wednesday. It is a kind of place where the locals come and the patrons seems to know each other. There is ample parking and overflow parking too. Not very big but the bartenders are pretty friendly. The food selections are standard American... More

Nothing fancy, just good food, good beer selection, good service and friendly atmosphere. The daily specials make for goid deals. Great place to unwind and get a delicious burger. And oh...Rhode sweet potato fries!

You can always tell who are the foreign visitors to America - we're astonished at the sizes of breakfasts and amazed that people can eat them! Our hosts took us to Cowboy Cafe for breakfast this morning - great place for breakfast. My partner had the Cowboy Breakfast (giant-sized eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes) and I had the Breakfast Burrito (I... More

My wife and I have been here a few times now (including today, Sunday January 4th) and have always left satisfied! Like others have noted, this is a real dive bar on the bar side. There is also a more family-friendly section away from the bar and televisions. We've always had great service from the bartenders/servers despite their slow kitchen... More

Yes, it is basically a dive, but serves very good food. The staff is great, the crowd is generally laid back, so,what more do,you need. It's also not as crowded for weekend brunch as other places, so I feel like I should keep the secret, but... A good choice for any meal if you want basic diner food, and they... More

Decided to give this quaint looking Arlington restaurant with an interesting name perhaps 15 minutes south down Lee Highway from DC a try. Parking at around 3pm was no problem, but by the time we left about an hour or so later it was tight. They do have a sign mentioning an additional lot, so perhaps that solves the problem.... More
