We tried this Champps location for a late lunch. We tried the cheeseburger and fries and the turkey avocado wrap with an upgrade to sweet potato fries. I also had a glass of wine which was served in a filthy glass. Cutlery was also dirty. Our meals were tasty and cooked well but the fries and turkey were all processed,... More

I was not very impressed, the place was crowded and a bit smelly. However I think you must expect this when you walk in these places. Food and beer were ok, personnel were friendly and parking very easy. My fisrta and my last.

Atmosphere: open and roomy, dimly but comfortably lit, there are numerous TV screens showing things like music videos and sports games. Music was a mix of hip-hop, rap and pop. Lots of shiny wooden tables and chairs, but a few booths, and bar seating. Staff: very welcoming, and friendly. Our waiter Maurice was exceptionally upbeat- he gave off an awesome... More

Popped in last time for brunch-the people at Sine weren't ready at 11 and I was hungry. Third time at Champps-still remain underimpressed. The service at the bar-despite being the only person was delivered as an afterthought by the bartender who was setting up for later in the day. The joke about the cooks having to catch the chicken for... More

They promptly seated me, waiting on a crowd for the Rose Bowl game. The server was a bid delayed in the initial approach, but did promptly bring water, my beer took a bit longer. Ordered a salmon dish which was a mix of good and bad. The salmon was properly cooked and mostly flavorful when not overcome by the strong... More

Champps is a great place to meet with friends. The menu is varied and the food is prepared well. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location in Pentagon Row makes parking cheap compared to other locations in downtown DC or Virginia. Had the Wagyu burger with onion rings and it was delicious.

The food is pretty good. One would not expect a sports bar deliver the quality they do. Their burgers are huge. Try the wings as well. The service is between very good and excellent. The only con I think is worth mentioning is that the place smells sometimes from too much cooking. If you are there on a summer night,... More

Went here with a group of friends. It took forever to get our waiter's attention in between every order or re-order of drinks. Food came out slow. It seemed like our server was attentive to smaller tables far better that he was with us. The experience at Champps was merely okay...nothing great.

Exactly what you'd expect. Bar atmosphere, typical salads, sandwiches. Our server was good, the food fine.

I arrived at my hotel in Pentagon City very late at night and needed some dinner after a long cross-country flight. Champps still had their kitchen open at 10:30pm, so I decided to give them a shot. I ordered the bourbon salmon with a side salad. Since I'm from Seattle, I should really know better than to order salmon from... More
