Terrific dinner at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday night in mid-November. No reservations were needed. Our party of three started by sharing a beer and a bowl of she-crab soup. The soup was excellent – rich, of course, but just enough sherry plus a touch...More

The Warehouse is definitely an old school traditional restaurant-- which means it offers the attentive service and cuisine that are the hallmarks of a fine dining restaurant. Most of the dishes are familiar, although with a New Orleans bent that makes it a bit more...More

The #1 pound for pound champion rated restaurant in Alexandria does not disappoint!!! The seafood gumbo was phenomenal and the daily cajun meatloaf was superb. Don’t miss out on this bonafide and quality restaurant at a reasonable price!

Rated #1 restaurant in Alexandria, VA, on TripAdvisor!! Very busy during lunch & dinner! Great appetizers. If you are cost conscious, try their happy hour specials. Although I prefer regular menu portions. The Warehouse Bar & Grill. Old Town/Alexandria, VA. (10/2017)

My husband and I made a last minute reservation for a 9:30am brunch at The Warehouse (we are early risers!). The restaurant seemed to fill up by 10:30ish, so I guess we didn’t need that reservation! Anyhow, the tables were beautifully set up with white...More

Not sure about valet parking, but there are several public parking garages in the area. Also, the upper floor seems perfect for a private event.

Description
Located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, the Warehouse is one of the area's most popular restaurants specializing in prime aged steaks and fresh seafood. The superb food is served in a casual but elegant atmosphere that features caricatures of the local gentry on the walls of the historic building. Enjoy their Steak "Pontchartrain" or their famous all-lump crab cakes. Don't miss their very popular Sunday brunch. Enjoy a drink at their antique mahogany bar.
