Both my wife and I had lamb dishes. I had a traditional #23 dish and with garlic nan it was outstanding. My wife had another lamb dish and though good, mine was better. The service was also very good. They also have a full bar.

We found the dishes to be prepared in an excellent manner and the seasoning was just right (appropriately salted and not too spicy). The Kheer Pista (rice pudding) and Pista Kulfi (traditional Indian ice cream) were especially good! Overall, great service, fairly priced and well...More
My husband is a fan of Indian food and so we decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews. It didn't disappoint--the Dish was delicious! Please forgive me, but I don't know any of the formal names. We chose the dinner special, and a...More
Do not let the fact that the restaurant is located in a strip mall or the interior design of the entrance influence your decision to eat here. Once you park in the strip mall and walk through the front door you are surrounded by wall...More
The dress code is casual but the experience is five-star! The location can be a bit deceiving as this restaurant is located in a strip mall. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted by delicious smells and a well dressed and accommodating...More
We went here after an appointment I had at Belle Haven Chiropractic, which is down the street. We went because of the reviews on Yelp. From the outside, it's not that impressive but looks are deceiving. Inside, stairs down lead to a wonderfully romantic basement...More
I've eaten at Dishes of India many times and never had a bad experience. Last Sunday, I went there for their buffet and it was outstanding. If I had one complaint it would be that they don't have a sampler plate option, where one can...More
This restaurant seems to be in business to just make money by not serving quality/tasty food and serving less portion. This is truly disrespect to Indian cuisine. Either they don't have a good chef or they want to do business in this way. Quantity of...More
This is a neighborhood restaurant so we eat here frequently...usually takeout. But we are NEVER disappointed. My go-to dishes that I would recommend to anyone are Palak Paneer (spinach based dish) and onion kulcha (naan). One order of each is enough for two people but...More
The buffet here is great if you like Indian food. The service though is fantastic and the people that work there really care about your experience.
