With my friends visiting the States from Ireland, we ventured to downtown Austin to see the sights and grab lunch. We were wandering when the smell of BBQ led us to Lamberts. I ordered the two meat combo and chose the link and pulled pork...More

Not the cheapest BBQ joint by any stretch, in fact more a BBQ restaurant; get over it, the food is delicious, the cocktails are cool and the staff knows their stuff.

Visited here on a recommendation of a former Austinite. I thought the prices were quite high for a BBQ place ($19.00 for one pulled pork sandwich with homemade pickles and $8.00 for a side dish to share). I am sure that it is expensive to...More

A very buzzy atmosphere for a business meal. The black Angus short rib was very tasty if a bit dry. However the Brussel sprout side dish was excellent and I could have eaten just that on its own. Also very good was the Live Oak...More

If upscale BBQ is out of your price range, I highly recommend trying out their Happy Hour 7 Days a Week, from 5 – 7pm. (Check their website to make sure info is still valid.) We sat at the downstairs bar to enjoy half price...More

This place is amazing! Great staff, great drinks, highly recommend you make reservations. The entire menu is delicious, but brunch recommendations: wild boar ribs fried green tomato salad meat platter (include pulled pork and the coffee brown sugar brisket)

Oh, my...the brisket melted in my mouth. It was the best I ever tasted. I enjoyed my meal at Lamberts. I also had the chicken and it was fantastic! For my side, I opted for the wedge salad, which was terrific. I had two specialty...More

My daughter gave me a gift certificate to Lamberts for father's day. Not being from Austin or knowing anything about the place, we looked it up and went for dinner. What an incredible pleasure! The restaurant is located right downtown, very close to the Moody...More

Like Ray5000, I didn't see any, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. I don't go to restaurants to watch TV. Call Lambert's and ask them.
