This place will offer you the same quality each time you go. It's a rare quality. It's beyond fashionable, more an institution.

Live music and great food. What more could you want. I had the lobster tacos and the seabass Hong Kong style. Both were divine!

We found out about their Happy Hour Oysters on Sunday and Monday. Yummy, Fresh, good service, good price, good quality of oysters! We will definitely back soon. Follow @instylewed for more foodie experience.

Sat in the bar for dinner. Was able to get a table without a reservation, but it was close. Good jazz band. Good energy in the room. Food is really good and consistent. Enjoyed the wedge and filet. Really enjoyed watching a friend demolish the tomahawk steak. Beautifully presented and apparently delicious since he ate it all. Great to bone... More

Food was really good, tomahawk steak was huge and delicious, scallop potatoes were good. The atmosphere was more crowded than I would prefer, not an intiment setting.

Eddie V's is the go-to place in Austin when guests or family are in town. Service is top notch and the folks in the kitchen turn out consistent seafood and steaks that always seem better than expected. This is not a trendy, small-plates, stacked-food place. Servings are generous and cooked to perfection. Never have been disappointed. Oh, and save room... More

We arrived early (before the restaurant was open), but had appetizers and drinks in the bar first. The most amazing shrimp cocktail we ever remember having. When we moved to the main dining room, we were seated next to the window, where we were able to enjoy wonderful meals and watch the sunset. The staff was exceptionally attentive. It was... More

The service is always very attentive no matter whom you get. and there is always a personal touch from your server. The bar is excellent for waiting and is aways ready to... More

For an early dinner, the bar area can't be beat. Always vibrant. Great service. Big band playing most times.
