Saturday October 22nd, I ordered a pizza at Conan's for pickup. I showed up and they realized they had given my pizza to a customer by mistake. I did not mind the mistake and they offered to call the customer and have them bring it back. There was no way I wanted a pizza that had left the restaurant with... More

Oh I love conans. Whole wheat deep dish pizza is best. Sauce is fantastic. Staff always friendly. Be sure to get the salad too. I love the decor of the original conans on 29th and the one on Anderson lane!

Excellent pizza, we got a deep dish with pepperoni and mushroom. They delivered it to our door still hot! (Great start), and upon opening the box we found a delicious pizza stuffed with cheese and covered over a very soft crust. Their pizza is excellent, and we got a good amount of pepperoni and mushroom...I wish there had been a... More

Our kids took us here when we visited them. The service was good, the pizza was good and the beer was very good. The most interesting part was the environment. The Conan themed artwork was VERY cool! The booth we had was not super comfortable, but being "barbaric" I suppose it was not meant to be plush. The gal at... More

I came in 20 minutes prior to opening and asked if my wife and I could wait inside and go to the bathroom. The man behind the counter said sure. I went out to get my wife and the lady locked the door behind me. When I told her that the other guy said we could wait inside she said... More

Had the Savage pizza. It was good and the beer was cold. This place has character unlike all the Hipster place going up all over town. It's been around for a long time and you should check it out.

I've eaten at some of the best pizza places around...New York City, Chicago, other American cities and all over Italy. All different and all different styles. Here in Austin, this is my favorite choice. Their deep dish, wheat crusted Veggie or Veggie Supreme (pineapple and jalapenos added) is out of this world! The veggies meld together with the cheese and... More

Visited on a Tuesday evening. Place definitely has old school "pizza joint" ambience. Staff was great. Pizza was good - a crunchy deep dish, but not really a Chicago style pizza.

By far some oft he best pizza in Austin. It's simple and perfect. The wheat crust is the best. I usually get thin crust but don't worry it's not super thin. The sauce has just the right amount of tomatoey tang. They have a good selection of beer and wine although the wine is a bit expensive and they sell it... More
