Came here for lunch midweek with co-workers. The chips and salsa were great -the salsa has a real kick to it! I have the grilled fish tacos which were also excellent and very filling. I didn't need the black beans and rice to finish it. The server kept everyone filled up with beverages and was able to provide us with... More

Fast service even at a time when few people were present. Our tacos and salsa regularly refilled as were our water glasses. Food was excellent. Our welcome warm and personable.

Maybe our favorite Mexican food in Austin. We eat there often and get there early for lunch. Beef Enchiladas have a wonderful flavor and taste fresh. I ask for extra chili sauce and chopped onions. Beef tacos, queso, and guacamole are consistently fresh and yummy. Hot sauce and chips are some of the best. Puffy Tacos are a favorite too.... More

The chips and dip (salsa) kept on coming through lunch... That is a definite PLUS. I was there with a few colleagues for a quick lunch. The aroma in the seating hall was great, I had the beef burrito with salsa, and the plate could easily feed two. The service was a bit slow, but again, they were busy that... More

There was 12 in our group, very efficient staff, great service, delicious food, & wonderful drinks. The chips are the best, hot & crisp. Had a great time.

After work met out before event at Travis County Exp center. Place was very quiet, staff friendly and attentive, Kept my ice tea filled without asking. Same with chips and salsa. Had the encilada plate with chipolte sause and charo beans rather than re-fried. Very good meal, fast on day we were there.

Came in and seated immediately, chips and salsa were brought right out. No waiter appeared for over 10 minutes and all the staff averted their eyes from across the room basically ignoring me. As I gathered my things to leave haven eaten most of my half stale chips but tasty salsa, someone showed up. Decided to go ahead and try... More

Always stop here for Mexican food it is conveniently located to my hotel. The tamales this time were excellent. I wish I had a plate of them. My enchilada great. There was a margarita special but I passed on it. Meet friends here ...it's always fun... And casual.

We had a family reunion at Tres Amigos. The food was amazing. We were visiting from Denver and loved the poblano enchiladas and the salsa. The fajitas were wonderful! The flour tortillas are made there and have great flavor. We ate so much! Everyone who worked there was friendly. We would definitely go back!
