We need up here after trying to get in to Moonshine. We didn’t want to wait and the valet recommended Max’s. It was nice. The waiter was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. The food was good, my meatloaf was amazing. The deep fried deviled egg...More

We enjoyed wonderful wine and tasty eats after our conference. It's very close to the conference center and worth the time.

This evening it was ok. Usually we have good service and the food is hot when it comes out, but not this time. The fried chicken was way over cooked and even very dark on the outside. I had the meatloaf and usually it is...More

Get a chicken dish- preferably fried- as that is pretty standout and delicious. After that... well you are on your own. Oh wait... the Brussel sprouts were amazing because they tasted nothing like brussel sprouts. Stay far away from the shrimp and grits. Please. And...More

A great time to try new places. 3 course meal $35. Service was good. Quality ingredients, well prepared. A little heavy on the salt on potatoes and pork chop. The bread pudding is OMG!!! Good. We'll be back

Although I can't attest to table service, I can say that the food presented for our dinner buffet was hot, fresh, and delicious. The music was a bit too loud for me, and the room was cave-like (which I'm sure many would like). However, I...More

The drinks are really good here. My husbamd and I went to Max's for a relatively late dinner. The food was good but not great. We had the macaroni and cheese and the shrimp and grits. The price was fair. There was nothing really wrong...More
