Went on the recommendation of family. Small place but service is fast and sitting outside on a nice day is fabulous. Great variety of burgers, awesome fries and Maine soda selections.

I love the burgers at Phil's. My fave rave is the Rosedale. My wife likes another one. They are all good, especially the secret weapon, the bun. You can get fries that come with all burgers as half sweet potato, half regular, or plump for all of one or the other. The ordering area can be chaotic if at a... More

Phil's has my favorite burger, the zip code with the guacamole. Although it seemed a bit smaller in size, it's still very tasty with the onions and soft, homemade bun. Onion rings are great, too. This time, however, I was very aware of my surroundings. First booth we sat in got my clothes wet as there was a serious drip... More

This is an order-at-the-counter place, which is always nice because if your kids act up, you can leave! The food was fantastic! I got a burger and my husband got a hot dog, and it was the best food of our trip. The fries were so-so, but the main dishes were worth the trip! They also have a playground outside... More

This burger is the best I have ever had...hands down! Even better than my hubby's! I had the 78704 burger with the jalapeno cheddar bun. The bun was super soft, it was like it was melting in my mouth! I love that the avocado does not have onions mixed in. It was so delicious and filled me up from 12pm... More

Very good chili cheeseburger on a square toasted jalapeño cheese bun. They also have miniburger versions of all their burgers, slider size. Phil's is very kid-friendly.

I love their burgers without the buns. I can't eat wheat and these burgers are truly delicious. I love the names of the burgers. They are all named after places in Austin.

If you want to take the kids to grab a bite to eat, Phil's is the place to go. Great burgers, corn dogs and more! Don't bother going to McDonald's when you can go to Phil's!

The burgers here are great, but you must not miss the onion rings. Seriously the best treatment of an onion that I've had in quite some time. The sweet potato fries were just OK, I would skip them. Standard fries were fine. There's a playground and lots of seating. Also the staff was very friendly. Definitely will go again

Although their corn dogs and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich are wonderful, nothing beats the 78704 burger! Made to order and always excellent. I like mine cooked medium rare, and it's always cooked perfect! The homemade bun is awesome! My husband likes to get a milkshake with his lunch. Best place to come for a burger! The onion rings and sweet potato... More
