Grease Monkey is a planned stop for me while in Arlington volunteering for Special Olympics during the Memorial Day weekend. I don't remember I found this place by mistake or looked it up after a recommendation (my neighbors granddaughter worked here). However, I love their burgers and FRIED PICKLES.

My family of 16 met at The Grease Monkey to eat before going to watch the KANSAS CITY ROYALS (Go Big Blue!) play the Texas Rangers on Saturday, April 22. The restaurant is in historic downtown Arlington, just a bit west of Globe Life Park, and has the décor of an automotive shop. The atmosphere was really neat and the... More

I was at the craft beer bar next door when I thought that a burger sounded great. I called it in and they delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Burger was made to my specs and was OK. Unfortunately, they did not have ranch and I don't eat ketchup, so the fries turned out to be disappointing. I'd try... More

The food was ok but if I go back I'm trying something else as the blue cheeseburger and bean and cheese nachos were pretty average. Decent sized indoor seating and a small patio outside good for guests with dogs.

I ate here for the first time and I wasn't disappointed! The Philly cheese steak was huge and delicious, the kids burger patty was bigger than the bun and the loaded French fries had tons of melted cheese, meat and jalapenos. All was very tasty and they have a burger and fries special for $5.25 during the week.

Went here for dinner b/c they came up as pet friendly. We had wings and fried poppers. Both very good. The manager came out to pet our dogs and see if we need anything for them. The staff was great, nice outdoor area. Great beers!

We went there as a friend's band was playing. We've been there more than once and everything is good but I love the fried pickles!

They are on special currently and were yummy. Had them with lemon pepper seasoning. They have a pineapple cider on draft that was good as well. Looks like a cool place for when they have live music!
