Pulled off the Interstate on our way through Amarillo - very glad we did! This is just a fun place with friendly servers and great burgers. Sure beats a stop at McDonalds!! We'd go back if every going through again.

Good choice of burgers, CASH ONLY. Gotta pay extra to have fries or whatever on the side. Lots of good appetizer choices, even rocky mountian oysters, a rare find! French fries are hand cut.

Coyote Bluff has a unique atmosphere. Reminds me of hole-in-the-wall eateries in Old Mexico, but that is part of what makes it fun to go there. Get there early for lunch because it will likely be full. Excellent hamburgers with fresh, flavorful beef and great...More
