We've been going to Indian Oven ever since they were over next to the Interstate. It's real Indian food, cooked right. Their lunch buffet is moderately priced, which is very nice.

Don't be scared to try this excellent Indian restaurant in Amarillo. The owners are very serious about quality and cleanliness. The entrees are delicious. You have to try the many different types of Naan. The chicken Tina masala is fabulous with saffron rice. Don't forget a order of cucumber riata. The servers are knowledgeable and friendly. Don't be scared you... More

I came here based on the mixed reviews. I decided to give them a shot was severely disappointed, my chicken was dry and cold. Not worth your time or money.

Wonderfully tasteful food, love that they offer a buffet, so you can try different foods. I've been here 3 times now and food has been consistently good. Will continue to eat here when wanting something different.

I understand this is in Amarillo but still I think the chef needs some basic cooking lessons from my Mom. We ate at lunch buffet. May be dinner made to order is better. Rice was undercooked. All vegetarian dishes were mushy and tasted of heavy creme. It was as expensive as many Indian restaurants I ate in Dallas. Buffet was... More

I was travelling through Amarillo to Albuquerque and further to Phoenix,AZ from Fort Worth. I was searching in Google and found this restaurant to be close to the place where I stayed. Frankly, From the outside, it doesnt look very great. It was already dark by the time we reached there. The Decor and the interiors are very moderate. However,... More

My in-laws came to visit and suggested Indian food. We wanted to hang out in their hotel and watch a basketball game on a Sunday night, so we had it delivered. It was about 6:45 on a Sunday, and they said it would be about an hour. They delivered right on time to our hotel room, and although we still... More

The food was good and our waiter friendly. Nothing special, but ok. I didn't see anyone of Indian descent in the place. Wine list was limited, but the Washington Srate Reisling I had was acceptable.

Arrived here in Amarillo with a tour group who wanted to visit the Big Texan. As a vegetarian not so good idea, so luckily we food this place. Since we arrived in this city late in the evening we called if they were still open, but that was no problem at all. Walking to the door we were greeted by... More

We were just stopping through for dinner in Amarillo and came across this great find. We ordered the garlic naan, chicken biryani, and chicken tikka masala. All of them were delicious and the naan is so good dipped in the curry sauce! We had enough for dinner and leftovers. We also got a mango lassi for dessert for free because... More
