Coming from Ohio, is pretty weird to see a food trailer on the side of the road selling rips. But my mouth was watering for the smell of those rips. Leaping in faith taking a chance. I decide to try this establishment. The concert parking is very weird, as one section is gravel. And the heavy tennessee accent of the... More

$6 for a BBQ sammy. Parked in front of Big Lots and a friendly man served up the BBQ. Served plain with sauce you can add yourself. I drowned mine. It had a great flavor. The only downside is right up the road is Full Service, which offer more sides. I still like to help out the small(er) businesses when... More

There are a few barbecue places in Maryville. We tried Bread of Heaven from its truck in the Big Lots parking lot. The barbecue was fresh and good. The sauce was delicious. The price was a little high but you got a TON of bbq on your sandwich. We had homemade fries with our sandwiches. The fries were not traditional... More

This place doesn't have a permanent location. He travels to different locations in the county but wherever he goes you can bet he has a huge following! The BarBQue is absolutely amazing and would be a challenge to find better. The man knows what he is doing!

I've seen Bread of Heaven doing business out of a mobile restaurant van in Alcoa for some time, but just never took the time to stop and sample his food. Big mistake. The other day I stopped into the new store at Rt 321 & Melrose Station Rd for two dinners. The Saturday special was pulled pork and I chose... More

I sent my 18 daughter with the order for what we would like to have for our Sunday after church lunch. She is not one to correct anyone on mistakes but is very sociable. Went here on Trip saw their menu and took everyone's orders off of it. On here it does not really specify wither it was for the... More
