Second time eating here and it will be the last. From the "B" rating on the door, the staff's lack of service (i.e. Waiting forever for drink orders to be taken, then another wait for food orders, and refills had to be requested) and having other customers stare at you while you eat because they haven't been served to the... Very good food! The cook was funny and personable. Clean and good atmosphere, but the front door service was slow...

The best sushi and Japanese steakhouse in Anderson. It is a regular stop for me and my family. Our favorite is the Firecracker roll.

A wonderful hibachi lunch with friends. Great showmanship on the part of the preparers and great, fresh delicious veggies with super delicious scallops and shrimp.

Just after noon, my wife and I were shopping for an office TV in downtown Anderson SC, and we decided to look for a sushi restaurant. Her iPhone led us a few blocks to the Fuji Japanese Restaurant. We were served our drinks immediatley, as soon as we sat down in fact. That was nice because it was 97 degrees... More

First off with a parking lot full of people they were late opening the door. Walked in with a ton of other people that were waiting and not one person was greeted by the 5 employees that were walking around near the door area. Stood there for 10 minutes and still no one even so much as looked at us... More

Overpriced awful sushi and habachi. They place was dirty and the waitress was rude! She mocked my fiancee's Australian accent. They used to be pretty decent but no more. I will not be back.

Just moved to the area, decided to try Fuji first. Other reviews are accurate, the place is very hot inside and it has poor ventilation. I sat right under an AC vent that was dripping water onto my head every few seconds. The cook had to bring a portable fan inside our room in order to cook. Food was above... More

Hibachi restaurants are all about the same. Beef, chicken, seafood, tossed about with an onion volcano and perhaps some acrobatic eggs. So what you're paying for it better ingredients, nicer decor, and some sort of exclusivity. The first of these is just fine. In the times that we've eaten at Fuji, the food has been fairly good, if not a... More

The place does seem hot (all the cook tables on and not sure the place was truly designed for this). The sushi is good and the cooked food is average Japanese food. The prices are good and the staff is fine. Have been here before and will go back.
